How to Make An Order
1. Login to www.bigoceanmart.com
2. Browse and view on "Product" page, then click "Add to Cart" button
3. On the Top Right menu, click the "Cart Icon", then click "Checkout"
4. For new Customer, please select Register New Account and click Continue button. As for returning customer, just Login to proceed.
5. For Payment method- Step 5, select
- Cash On Delivery (Available for Klang Valley only)
- e-Ghl for (online Banking transfer /Credit & Debit Card payment) - support all major local banks.
6. Select Agreed to the "Terms & Condition" pick box.
7. Click "Continue" to proceed.
8. Click "Confirm Order" in the Confirm Order - Step 6
9. It will direct you to a Secure Payment Gateway. Then select the Direct Debit / Credit Card as your payment option
10. Once the order is made. you shall receive an email for your Order details (please check Inbox /Spam folder)
