How Long Will It Take For Delivery?

Total delivery time is split into two parts.

1. Processing time 1-2  business days normally: 

The time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. 

2. Shipping time 2-25 business days:

This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination, the table above shows delivery times for every shipping method. 
 

Out Of Stock Split Shipping: If an item is not in stock when the order is placed processing will not begin until it has arrived. If you order multiple items the order will be split shipped and items in stock will be sent first; then when the others are in stock they will be sent separately.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Prices vary depending on product, location, shipping method and warehouse. You can check the cost on every product page.

I am in a country which requires customs duty. How can I deal with this?

Orders shipped are stated at the lowest value possible to reduce customs duty value. However, customs duty is out of our control, you are responsible for both finding out information on the duty and paying if a duty is required. We recommend you check before you order to avoid any un expected costs. Orders shipped with express are more likely to be taxed.

I urgently want my order can I use express shipping?

We are happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend that contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting..
